How do I know if I am a New or Existing User when I want to purchase items on the Dominie website?
If this is your first time purchasing items using the Dominie website, then you are a New User. If you have already been in contact with Dominie and know what your User Name and password is, then you are an Existing User.

What is my User Name?
Your User Name is the email address that you have registered on either the Dominie website (if you are using your credit card) or with our office (if you are charging to your Dominie account).

Can I purchase items on the Dominie website and charge the order to my existing Dominie account?
Yes. If this is your first time ordering items from the Dominie website you must first phone us on (02) 9938 8686 to register your User Name (which will be your email address) and receive your temporary password. You will need to change your temporary password the first time you order from the Dominie website. If you have already registered your email address with our office and have been told what your temporary password is, then simply enter your details in the Existing User section.

Can I purchase items on the Dominie website and pay by credit card (without phoning the Dominie office)?
Yes. Select New User, then enter your email address and a password. You will be then be able to purchase items by entering your credit card details. The next time you use the Dominie website you can login as an Existing User.

Do I have to pay a delivery charge for my order?
Yes, a delivery charge will apply to all orders.

All other Australian states - $12.95
Any order under $10.00 (Incl. GST) - $4.95

  • Our website limits the size of an order to 100 lines. You will need to place separate orders, if you wish to purchase more than 100 different items. You will incur a Delivery Charge for each order you place as we need to cover some of the costs of shipping.
  • Orders placed online at different times cannot be combined into one delivery.
  • Please be aware that occasionally other countries charge the customer an import customs fee. Dominie Educational Superstore is unable to anticipate if an overseas order will attract this fee. If charged, this fee remains the responsibilty of the customer.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What does Low Stock mean?
This means we have 5 or less of an item in stock. If we are unable to supply an item, it will be backordered and shipped to you FREIGHT FREE as soon as it is available. All items are charged at the time of Checkout. In some cases a low stock item may be discontinued. In this instance we will advise you by email and/or fax to offer an available substitute or refund. No items will be backordered for overseas orders.

I am an International customer. Why are some products missing the Add to Cart button?
The Add to Cart button will not appear on items that are out of stock as backorders are not available for international customers.

What does Firm Sale mean and what are Firm Sale items?
Firm Sale means that this item cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Firm Sale items include: sale items (any item that ends in 99 cents), study guides, software, videos, DVDs, CDs and resources that include CDs.

Can a Dominie Sales Representative organise a display at my school?
Yes, if you are in the Sydney metro area, please contact our office on (02)99388686 to organise for a Sales Representative to visit your school. Unfortunately we do not have Sales Representatives servicing areas outside the Sydney metro area at this time.

Does Dominie Educational Superstore sell gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase and redeem a gift card online. If redeeming the entire gift card value must be used in one transaction. Unfortunately, the customer will forfeit any value not used in this transaction. Normal delivery charges apply to the purchase and redemption of gift cards via the website. If you are purchasing a gift card ONLY, please contact our Dominie Customer Service Team on (02) 9938 8686. They can process your phone order and reduce the delivery charge to $4.95 Incl. GST.
